Rose Hall - Jamaica

The tales of the murderous Annie Palmer of Rose Hall still frighten children in Jamaica. Built in 1770, Rose Hall was a sugar cane plantation and home to Palmer and her husband. Palmer grew up in Haiti and learned voodoo from her nanny, which would later serve her in her dastardly schemes.

When Palmer became sexually unsatisfied with her husband, she began sleeping with slaves on the plantation. In order to keep them quiet about the affairs, she either killed these menor ordered other slaves to do so. Wanting to gain sole possession of her husband's wealth, she poisoned her first husband and later married and killed two other men.Her sexual escapades continued as well. In case she encountered a man unwilling to pleasure her or a slave trying to escape, Palmer had a pit dug 16 feet (4.8 meters) below the house where she would banish these people. As her nefarious reputation spread around the island, she became known as the White Witch.
According to legend, Palmer cast a fatal voodoo hex on a housekeeper who caught the eye of one of her lovers. Supposedly, the housekeeper's grandfather later strangled Palmer to death. Her body was buried in an above ground coffin in the eastern wing of Rose Hall. According to the lore, the White Witch's spirit, along with those of the slaves she had murdered, continued to haunt the house. When new tenants attempted to move into Rose Hall, they were quickly driven away from the haunted grounds. Eventually, in 1965, a couple bought the house and converted it into a museum. Yet even today, visitors and employees have reported hearing men's screams and doors slamming, as well as other paranormal phenomena.

Ledward Barracks, Building 211 Schweinfurt - Germany

There have been many disturbing reports of hauntings in building 211 located on Ledward Kaserne in Schweinfurt, Germany. One soldier (who lives alone in his room) reported that he had seen a German soldier's face in the window reflection. He was alone and there is a security system that does not allow unauthorized personnel to gain entrance to the installation. Two different couples who live on different floors have reported similar experiences of different phenomenon. Whispers in the room, touching of the feet, small noises at night that match no other natural noise in the room, falling items from seemingly secure locations, and physical contact such as poking of the arm to wake the other while one sleeps. Foot steps are also occasionally heard throughout the small room. Most of them occur directly in front of the bed.

Haunted House Pigeon Roost rd. - Brush Creek,Tennessee

The house on Pigeon Roost rd. was built in the late 1800's by Thomas William Fuller. Mr. Fuller was an affluent man in the community and former prisoner of the civil war. He built and resided in the house with his wife Mary Elizabeth Gill. Both Mr. and Mrs. Fuller are laid to rest on the property along with a child's grave that is marked with a stone. However who the child is, remains unknown. Many stories and rumors of infidelity and betrayal surround the days and lives of the Fullers. Today the house is believed to haunted. So haunted and active in fact, that there are few family members and friends of the current residents who have NOT witnessed or felt something. It is one of the oldest homes in Smith County TN. and the first to be built in the area. Rumors of it being haunted circulated for many years. Most of the rumors can be substantiated by the homes current residents, the King family. Mrs. King married, divorced and re married. Has lived in the Fuller house for nearly 16 years. The King family have had many experiences that can not be explained. The King family, Mrs. King particularly. Protects the house and it's inhabitants, fervently like a mother protects a child. What makes this haunting unique is that there are so many phenomenas existing at once, residual as well as intelligent. Voices, apparitions, footsteps, breathing, perfume, cold spots, hot spots, scratches, bruises, and a level of comfort by it's spirits, they simply walk throughout the house among the King family, especially their children. Incredible sightings, body apparitions, flashes of light, mist and ever so rare speaking. Not EVP words, full sentences being spoken audibly. This haunting would be ghost hunters dream and by all means a once in a lifetime rare find. But Mrs. King does not allow the house to be subject to anyone, or anything that may bring harm, disrespect or ill intent to her beloved spirits.
