Dundalk/Todds farm - Baltimore,Maryland

Dates back before the war of 1812.This home has been the site of many hauntings. And is said they are turning it into a museum. A ghostly woman can sometimes be seen in the attic window with a candle waiting for her soldier to come home from the war---he never does. Late at night you can sometimes see slaves hanging from the trees. The family cemetery is located directly behind the house. It has been said that although there is no electricity in the house, now, if an intruder enters, lights will turn on. There are so many spirits not at rest here.

  1. actually the house was built in the 1500's and was always owned by the Todd family until the last who died in the 1970's during the American Revolutionary War the Todd family escaped as the British took over the home as a base when they was finished with it they burned it, after the war the Todd Family rebuilt the home and was asked by Baltimore City to Be a look out point for any Invasions, in 1812 a family member of the Todd's road to warn of the British fleet heading to Baltimore for this his mother and father both were killed by the British the younger children where able to hide in the brush and watch the horror of their parents being beaten and the father beheaded by clonal Ross Who was Ironically shot in the head by a Todd.

  2. They have turned it into a museum & there is now electricity throughout some of the house. No one is allowed to enter the attic, it's off limits. Hmmm...wonder why?

  3. This is all completely inaccurate. No one is allowed in the attic because it's storage, also it's an old house that needs lots of renovation which takes time. The Todd family escaped the British, they DID NOT GET MURDERED BY THEM. The house was burned because it was part of the resistance. I've never seen a woman in the window and as far as ghosts go it's really quiet. You all need to go to the museum to get the real story . I understand the ghost stories are really fun and I like them to and I think there could definitely be ghosts there but none of them care to show themselves probably because they have better things to do. I work at the museum so trust me I know what I'm talking about . Also Ross wasn't shot in the head it hit him in the rib cage , there is an autopsy report
